Return & Refund Policy
Made-to-Order Products
All MODA PERGOLAS are custom made-to-order. For this reason, we do not accept returns or cancellations once an order has been placed into production.
Order Cancellations
- Due to our fast order processing and made-to-order manufacturing, we do not accept order cancellations.
- Please ensure that you are ready to proceed with your order before placing it.
- Any refused shipment will be treated as a return without authorization.
- Buyer is responsible for:
- 30% restocking fee
- Round-trip freight charges
- Any additional carrier fees
- No refund or credit will be issued on refused shipments.
- If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately.
- We will work with you to correct the order at no additional cost.
- All items are thoroughly inspected before leaving our warehouse.
- Upon delivery, it is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect the shipment:
- Note any damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt or bill of lading.
- Take photos of the damage and packaging.
- Report the damage to us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Claims submitted after 24 hours, or without proper documentation, will not be accepted.
- If damages are properly documented at delivery, we will assist you in filing a claim and resolving the issue.
- For backordered items, you will be notified within 2–5 business days of your order.
- Backordered items are not eligible for cancellation unless specifically agreed upon in writing.
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- All made-to-order pergolas
- Custom products or special orders
- Any product damaged after delivery due to improper handling, storage, or installation
- Refunds, when applicable, will be issued only after inspection and approval.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original method of payment, minus any applicable fees (restocking, shipping, etc.).
- Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. Depending on your institution, it make take up to 15 days for the refund to be appear in your account after processing.

By using this Site, you signify your acceptance of this policy and all of our other policies. If you do not agree to this policy and our other policies, please do not use our Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to this policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
