Free Shipping
- We offer FREE SHIPPING within the 48 contiguous United States.
- Free shipping does not apply to wholesale orders.
- We currently ship to addresses only within the 48 contiguous United States.
For orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories, please contact us for a shipping quote.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international locations.
- All MODA PERGOLAS are made-to-order, meaning production begins after your order is placed.
- Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.
- Manufacturing lead time is generally 3–4 weeks after your order is confirmed, but can take longer depending on the product and level of customization.
- After production, shipping takes approximately 5–10 business days, depending on order size and destination.
- Larger orders may require additional processing and delivery time.
- Please note: manufacturing delays are possible, and production time is separate from shipping time.
- During peak seasons or holidays, shipping times may be extended.
An estimated timeline will be provided during the order confirmation process.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment.
We use a variety of carriers depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
- Shipping to residential and commercial addresses is curbside only.
- Carriers do not unload products from the truck.
- No white glove delivery service is available.
- If the carrier arrives and the buyer is not ready to accept delivery, the buyer is responsible for all redelivery charges.
- If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the buyer must pay all costs for redelivery.
- We are not responsible for lost orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- Always provide a physical street address, not a mailing address.
- Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs for refused or reassigned shipments.
- Refused shipments are subject to:
- A 30% restocking fee
- Round-trip freight charges
- Any additional carrier fees
- No refunds or credits will be issued for refused shipments.
- Do not schedule installation personnel or equipment until your items have been delivered and inspected.
- MODA PERGOLAS is not responsible for rescheduling costs due to delivery delays or claims.
- If an item is backordered, we will contact you within 2–5 business days with an ETA.
- Backordered items will ship once available.
- Due to fast order processing, we do not accept cancellations.
- Please ensure you are ready to place your order before completing checkout.
If you receive an incorrect item, contact us immediately and we will resolve the issue.
- All items are inspected before leaving our warehouse.
- Upon delivery, inspect your order immediately.
- Document any damages on the carrier’s delivery receipt or bill of lading, and keep a copy.
- Take photos of the shipment, packaging, and any damage.
- Contact us within 24 hours to report the issue.
⚠️ Important: Failure to document damages at the time of delivery may forfeit your right to a claim. If damages are not recorded upon delivery, we will have no recourse with the carrier and cannot resolve the issue on your behalf.
